The legendary imran khan was born in lahore.His father name is IKRAMULLAH NIAZI,he was a civil engineer.His mother name is SHAUKHAT KHANAM.Imran khan settled later in MIANWALI.Imran khan,s family is PASHTUN ethnicity,and belong to the NIAZI SHERMANKHEL tribe.
Imran khan was a quite and shy boy in youth.He grew up with his four sisters.He finished his privileged education in CATHEDRAL school in LAHORE.Then he went to the ROYAL grammar school WORCESTER in ENGLAND,where he excelled himself at cricket,and AITCHISON collage LAHORE.In1972,he enrolled to study philosophy,politics and economics at KABEL COLLAGE,OXFORD where he graduated with a second-class degree in politics and third in economic.

His mother was belong to BURKI family,which had produced several famous hockey players as also cricket such as JAVED BURKI and MAJID KHAN.He developed himself in cricket which was famous sport in pakistan.
